A miso soup inspired by the famous cup a soup with less salt! Simply forget it at the office or in your pantry and you will have, by adding only boiling water, a comforting soup flavored with miso and mushrooms!
Ingredients: Dried mushrooms (yellow boletes, oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms and/or porcini mushrooms), sesame seeds, chives, green onions, dehydrated vegetables, granular miso (soya, rice, salt, bonito powder, yeast extract, extract bonito, Kelp), vegetable broth, Roasted nori seaweed sheets Contains: Sesame, Soy, barley, sulphites
Miso soup
Preparation: Add 1.5 cups of boiling water to the mixture and let stand 1-2 minutes. If it lacks cooking, put it in the microwave for 1 minute.
Option + egg: Add 1.5 cups of water to the mixture and 1 egg in a cup and cook for 2 minutes 30 seconds in the microwave.
You can also add proteins that you have on hand like pieces of tofu or others!
