- For regular 8 cups of water (2 litres);
Simmer over medium heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Add the diced tomatoes and their juices (fresh or canned) and simmer medium-low heat for 30 to 45 minutes
- For the mini 1 cup of tomato (250 ml)
- For regular 2 cups of tomatoes (500 ml)
When the legumes are cooked and the liquid is well evaporated, add the small sachet and 1 tbsp. salt
Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
