A soup made with peas, lentils and split beans, vegan, flavored with cumin, all ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients: Split peas, dried, green, red lentils, split mung beans, split yellow peas, split chickpeas, dehydrated vegetables (carrots, onions, potatoes, leeks, tomatoes, celery, green peppers and parsley), vegetable broth (sugars, salt, monosodium glutamate, hydrolyzed soy, wheat and corn proteins, corn starch, vegetable oil, maltodextrin, spices, tomato powder, dehydrated carrots, celery onions, red peppers, Yeast extract, Silicon dioxide, Natural flavor, Tartrazine, citric acid, disodium inosinate and guanylate, soybean oil), Garlic salt, Cumin, Ground ginger, Paprika

The soup of the broken
In a saucepan, pour; the contents of the bag and add the water:
- for the mini 2 1/2 cups of water (625 ml)
- for the famillies size 10 cups(2.5 liters)
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until peas are cooked through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
You can purée the soup, using a blender, to obtain a potage.
