An express carrot cake for your late-night sweet cravings!
Ingredients Sugars (brown sugar, sugar), Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), Dehydrated carrot, Dried pineapple, no added sugar, Baking soda, Salt, Cinnamon , Magic Baking PowderContains: Wheat
To note: you will need oil and egg for the preparation
Express Carrot Cake
In a very large microwave-safe cup, pour the carrots and pineapple by pinching the bag. Add 2 tbsp. (30 ml) of oil and 1tbsp. (15ml) of water. Mix and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add 1 egg to the mixture of carrots and mix well with a fork.
Add the rest of the sachet, then mix well with the fork.
Cook in the microwave for 1 min 15 mins, at intensity 7, then 1 min at full power.
