Shipping and Delivery
Our delivery methods
Our products are sent only by standard post in a padded envelope or a box depending on the size of the order. It takes about 5 to 7 days before reception in Quebec and more for the rest of Canada. For the moment, only shipments to Canada are possible.
Our delivery costs:
$9.95 for purchases of $60 and less,
free delivery for delivery over $60.
In the event of breakage of the products during delivery, we undertake to replace the products following receipt of proof with photo and this within a period of 15 to 20 days maximum. This situation is unfortunately beyond our control and we are terribly sorry.
Returns and Refunds
Operation
Given the food nature of our products, no return is possible following your purchase.
It is possible to have an order refunded at 100% if it has not yet been shipped, therefore within 24 to 48 hours;
If a product is missing from your order or if it is damaged during shipment, all will be refunded, following receipt of a request with photo within 30 days of your order.
If our products do not meet your expectations, please contact us.
