How long do the products keep?
We suggest consuming the products over a period of 1 month or even a maximum of 6 weeks to guarantee freshness. It is possible that certain elements, such as brown sugar or dry broth, become solid. Normally during cooking or by mixing with water and other ingredients they will be diluted and do not represent a problem for consumption.
What about food allergies and restrictions?
Our products have the words "Contains" for potentially allergenic products that are found in the product directly.
As far as traces of allergenic products are concerned, we cannot guarantee the complete harmlessness of our products because they are packaged in an environment where several products are stored together and nearby.
The packaging, weight and formats seem different for the same product?
You received several items of the same product and the format seems different to you? This is possible, we are a very small "artisanal" company and it is possible that the weight of the products, the quantity and the packaging vary a little from one product to another.
Why are some products in limited quantities?
Our limited edition products are currently a production challenge and impossible to produce in large quantities.
Also to guarantee the freshness of our products for as long as possible, we maintain a low inventory at all times. Again we are a very young company and the challenge of stock and production will adapt as we know our demand better.
Your product is out of stock, what should you do?
You can normally place your order and we will produce it within a maximum of 2-3 days before your complete order can be mailed out. If you can no longer add a product to your basket, return to the item and place your order with the pre-order button.
Which individual or family portion should I choose?
It is very difficult to estimate the portions for each person. Depending on whether you consume the soup as a starter, main course or depending on your appetite, your needs and expectations may change. For our mini or individual portions, these generally make one meal portion or two small starter portions, our desserts are generally a generous portion.
Why don't you have more withdrawal points or points of sale?
We started around mid-November 2022 and are developing our network. Our primary objective is to develop a great online store and a fast delivery service in the first place, but we will develop our offer in Quebec in the coming months so stay tuned and especially if you have any suggestions let us know!
